Thomas and Alexandra Neumann, decided to make his dream come true and acquired the estate in 2007, with the aim of producing high quality wine and exploiting the more creative side of his personality.

Julio Torres is a renowned sommelier who has lived in Majorca for over 30 years, Technical Director of the ABS [Balearic Association of Sommeliers] and professor at the EHIB Hospitality School of the Balearic Islands.
He brings his global outlook to the project, based on his many years’ experience working in hospitality, distribution and Spanish and international wineries. Along with this vast experience, he contributes his passion for both obsolete and experimental indigenous grape varieties
Tomeu Llabrés, from Binissalem (Mallorca), is an oenologist and agricultural engineer.
The son of a wine grower, he has taken over the technical management of AVA Vi, contributing his exhaustive knowledge of native grape varieties and his experience in working in a number of prestigious wineries both on the island and on mainland Spain, and seeks to produce highly balanced and very complex wines.
Claudia Erpili, our resident Winemaker, came from Italy to Mallorca out of love for Spanish culture. Claudia graduated in Enology and Viticulture in Milan and then completed her studies with an International Master’s degree, graduating in the top three of her class.
With her international knowledge of the world of wine, she has experienced different cultures, perspectives, and points of view. She is now responsible for overseeing the wine production. She is also in charge of winery tours and social media management.
David Ferrer, originally from Mallorca and previously working in the tourism sector, decided to shift his career towards the world of wine after participating in a sommelier course at the sommelier school in Palma.
From that moment on, he realized his place was in the vineyard and the winery. He is currently taking classes in viticulture and winemaking at the professional school in Felanitx. With his dynamism and curiosity, he is applying the knowledge acquired in the course to practice by managing the operations in the cellar.
Jaime, originally from Binissalem, decided to apply his experience in the fields as Vineyard Supervisor after an extended stay in Russia.
His knowledge of mechanics is essential for maintaining the winery’s machinery. Jaime’s handy work and his role in the vineyard are crucial to ensuring the best quality grapes.
