The grapes are hand-picked in boxes of 14 kg during the harvest. The local varieties of our properties or controlled by our team provide the warm and fruity and character to the wine. The international varieties give volume and freshness that is significant for the future evolution of the wine.
This wine does fermentation, maceration, and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two third of the wine age in French oak barrels for 8 months of 225 and 500 liters of 2nd or 3rd use to complete the aging and reaching the desired complexity.
