The grapes are hand-picked in boxes of 14 kg during the harvest. The local varieties of our properties or controlled by
our team provide the warm and fruity, and character to the wine. The international varieties give volume and
freshness that is significant for the future evolution of the wine.
The grapes are pressed directly after being picked and the fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks with
temperature control and absence of oxygen, preventing the oxidation of the primary aromas in the process.
The wine is bottled after a soft clarification that gives limpidity and brightness, without the use of animals or milk
derivates (suitable for VEGANS).
TASTING NOTES:
Cherry red with garnet reflection, clean and bright.
Aromatically there is the predominance of red fruits with a fresh and intense character (redcurrant and raspberry).
On the palate, the attack is pleasant, and the mouthfeel is wide and fresh, which calls for a second sip.
The medium aftertaste is refreshing and savory.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Around 7ºC
FOOD PAIRING: Cold cuts, paellas, and pastas.
CONSUMPTION: From when it’s released on the market up to two years after the harvest.
