The grapes are hand-harvested in 14 kg crates and the indigenous varieties of our estate and those controlled by our team lend a fruity and warm character, whereas the international varieties add body and freshness to help its evolution. Malolactic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats and then high volume (500 l) French oak barrels for 6 to 8 months to complete the ageing process and achieve the desired complexity and structure. The wine is then bottled after a slight filtering that adds shine and clarity. No animal or dairy by-products are used (suitable for vegans).
TASTING NOTES:
Cherry red with garnet hints, deep colour, clean and bright. Aromatic prevalence of fresh berry preserve and a certain spiciness from the wood. In the mouth it is pleasant, broad and fresh, beckoning a second sip; well balanced with long and elegant finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: Around 18ºC FOOD PAIRING: Grilled meats, roasted white meats and blue fish (tuna, albacore) CONSUMPTION : From release and for the next 5/7 years.
